Tramico Herman has over 15 years of experience working as a Senior Project Consultant for health plans, providers, and the Big 4 consulting organizations. She began her prosperous career as a registered nurse managing critical hospital units and delivering effective care plans to patients with complex needs. She later transitioned to the corporate environment, leading Care Management transformations for Fortune 100 healthcare companies and closing costly technology, process, and resource gaps.

Her empowering and compassionate leadership style has resulted in ongoing recognition for improving patients’ quality of care, developing high performing teams and executing practical solutions to complex challenges for Care Management, Utilization Management, and Population Health operations. She worked in various frontline and leadership roles building rich industry expertise. These roles included Director, Senior Project Manager, Manager, Team Lead, and Principal Consultant. She is passionate about empowering others, sharing knowledge, and improving the quality of healthcare.
